The Day I Turned 21

In truth, I’m not big on birthdays. I just celebrate it with my family, nothing more.
Over here at home, we have the semi-tradition of eating out on anyone’s birthday, simply because.

My birthday is on February 6 (there, I spat it out), which was–last Monday. We had family dinner at the Crown Prince restaurant in Escolta. The exterior is intimidating, but what the heck, the price isn’t as much (intimidating), and they have large servings and excellent taste. Mmm-hmm.

How the day was spent: I went to SM Mall of Asia before work (for a lunch date with Alvin and to get my present hee), and then dinner. Dad gives us one thousand pesos during our birthday, an uncle gave me ten watches (don’t be shocked, remember that we know how to strike a bargain), and then Alvin gave me a book. It’s not one I expected, but I am more than impressed that he got me a picture book. He is awesome. :)

A Happy Birthday it was, indeed. :)

    Ina Girl! :D

Belated Happy 21st! Wonder what’s up with those 10 watches. Haha

ZOMG hindi lang ambon ng comment, paulan itey! XD My uncle got me ten of those slap watches, yung nauuso ngayon. XD pag ako may suot, mukhang jejemon, pag kuya ko, mukha siyang mayaman. /cries

Hoy teh! Do you blog? XD I wanna see your peys. :D

        :P OK, I won’t post AJAFLKAJFLA;KJFLFDJ comments on your notebook/paper/pen entries.
Isuot mo yung sampu sabay-sabay para mukha kang mayaman! hahaha charot. Di ka naman kaya mamula kakahampas sa braso mo niyan?
My old host closed down his site. I’ll try to set one up after the board exams sa April. That also explains my infrequent but spammy comment marathons. I’m trying to *NOT* stare at online notebook and pen shops all day long and your notebook photo spams aren’t helping!
Hmm.. di ba nakikita yung pic unless fb friends tayo? Ayaw mo nga pala masyado sa fb…

Haha!! Truth be told, I’m not a big watch person. I don’t like looking at watches (except when it says that I’m ten minutes away from timing out in ze office), and I just put them on even if they’re broken. XD I’m on the running to be the most un-time conscious person in our household, actually. I suck at time management, and that’s an understatement. XD

I’m sorry I’m not helping you with the photo spam of notebooks, fountain pens and books. XD But what the heck, I’ll bombard you even more now that you said you don’t want to see them. Truthfully though, I’ve put up almost all of the stationery and book-related stuff I own on this blog; the last thing you have yet to see are my art materials na lang. I SHALL SPAM THIS PAGE WITH LOTS OF THOSE FOR YE. /evil laugh

…and yes, I’m not a big facebook person. :) Well, I go online for Tetris Battle (I can do that until the sun is ready to shine on my face), but that’s pretty much it. XD Haha!!

  2. Happy Birthdays…whenever it was…

Now you can change your about me section to “I’m a twenty-one-year-old who has a lot of things on my mind, and I’m not scared to speak them either.” :P

Spit it and shake it out
